The ratio was really poor, and it's old. The problem was that there were 40 residents and only three full-time caregivers. The director of activities was running around, trying to take people on walks. When I asked the salesperson, "Tell me what makes this place stand apart from everybody else." He said the kosher food, and that's not a satisfactory answer for me. I called the executive director to try to talk to him about the tour that I was dissatisfied with, and he never called me back . You’ll be pleasantly surprised at our range of amenities.

The staff was extremely courteous and respectful and made they sure they did everything in their power to meet our needs. Its not an easy position to be placed in when you faced with putting a person of such importance to you in assisted living, but my family's worries were completely taken away by the friendly staff. The attention to detail and care given here is incredible as the meals dished out to their residents are very healthy and delicious. They also have a very great physical education and leisure program where they get their residents outside for some activities which all the residents look forward too. I am very pleased with how Garden of Palms handles their care patients and know my uncle is in a very good place.
I toured three others and they were not as comfortable as this one. They had movies and musical entertainment several times a week. There were up to date movies every day, bingo, poker, black jack and other card games.

The construction outside of the garden was very nice too. I remember when I walked in that the lobby was very large. It's pretty spacious for a smaller facility. The room that they watch TV in is pretty large.

The place is very quiet and visitor friendly. In the warmer seasons, the flowers and plants around the center are very beautiful.I feel as if the nurse and staff are very mannerable and skilled and friendly. I felt as if my uncle was in good hands. I definitely recommend this center to others.One of my few complaints is that this care center is nt directly near any bus or train.

The setting was nice, and I felt very relaxed.

My uncle was recently made a resident there and he's had a very smooth transition going from his home in North Hollywood to the facility in West Hollywood.
My client says the room was too small, and it was a little smaller than usual. My client didn't complain about the food. I didn't see much of the food, but I know my client kind of liked it. I think the staff provided adequate services "“ it wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either. I didn't like the color of the building.
